I just finished a complete update on my carp flies page with new pictures and more details, check it out. It hasn't been seriously updated in quite a while, let me know if there is anything else you would like to see there.
Hmmm....maybe I will do a post on it. Basicly it starts here: http://www.outdoorbloggernetwork.com/blogging/2011/11/04/photographing-outdoor-gear-the-shooting-table-technique/ and adapted it. I use two full spectrum flourescent bulbs in old-school aluminum utility lamps and an rigged shooting table based on that tutorial. From there it is a matter of playing with camera settings and lighting angles until you have it worked out.
Good news! And I noticed that you started crushing the barb of the hooks. Very good, hahaha
ReplyDeleteIts an on-again-off-again kinda thing Jorge
DeleteNice update, all the flies work well in KS/OK.
ReplyDeleteThat is good to know Bryon. I have a background with KS/OK, might like to try it sometime. Went to College a OU and did an internship near Wichita.
DeleteI need lessons on photography! Great update!
